Nothing on Plumbdeck is a substitute for the adopted code in your jurisdiction or for a licensed plumber's judgement. Verify every size, slope and clearance against your authority having jurisdiction before you install.
Use of the tools
The calculators and reference tables are provided for planning and estimating. They implement published code tables and common industry methods, but they cannot know your local amendments, your building's existing conditions, or the inspector who will sign the job off.
Cost figures
Installed cost bands are ranges gathered from public sources, each of which carries its URL and the date it was read in the page source. Materials, labour rates and permit fees move. Treat a band as a sanity check on a quote, not as a quote.
No warranty
The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Plumbdeck is not liable for loss arising from reliance on anything published here.
